Create File Mask Dialog

You may want to assign files to the Task that have names that are generated automatically by another application. These files may have names that include some static text as well as date and time characters or perhaps a numeric value. To assign this type of file to the task, you create a File Mask. The application uses the File Mask to identify the files that you want included in the Task. If a file matches the mask, it is processed by the task.

To create a file mask, you add date, time, letter, and number elements to the text field by clicking on the appropriate buttons. You can also insert static text that you want matched by entering it directly into the text box. A sample of a file name that would be matched by the mask is automatically created below the text box as you make entries in the field.
