Task File(s) Date Range Dialog
Use the Task File(s) Date Range dialog to specify the date range
of the files that will be processed by the Task. The Task will
process files that have last modified dates that occur in the range
specified. The range will be based on the date and time at the
moment that the Task is run. Day 0 is the day that the Task is run.
You can select one of the following settings:
- Files from any date. This setting is the default.
- Files from the last n hour(s) and x
minute(s). The Task will process files that have a last
modified date that falls in the time period that extends n hours
plus x minutes back from the moment that the Task started to
run.
- Files from n day(s) ago. The Task will process
files that have a last modified date of exactly n days before the
current day (e.g. n = 1 will process yesterday's files only).
- Files newer than n day(s) ago. The Task will
process files that have a last modified date that is more recent
than n days before the current day (e.g. n = 1 will process today's
files only).
- Files older than n day(s) ago. The Task will
process files that have a last modified date that is older than n
days before the current day (e.g. n = 0 will process all files
except today's).
- Files from the one week period that began n Day Of
The Week (s) ago. The Task will process files that have a
last modified date that falls in the 1 - 7 day period that began on
the day specified (e.g. n = 1, Monday will process all files from
the previous Monday to Sunday or the previous Monday to today if
that period is less than a week).
- Files from the calendar month n month(s) ago. The
Task will process files that have a last modified date that falls
in the exact month specified (e.g. n = 0 will process this month's
files).
