Email Address Dialog

Use the Email Address dialog to add or edit an Email Address. The following sections explain the function and configuration of each field in the dialog.

Email ID
This field is generated by the application. It is the unique numeric identifier that the program uses to keep track of each Email Address. No configuration is necessary.

Email Address
Use this field to specify the Email Address. The Email Address needs to be entered in standard email address format e.g. name@company.com.

Email Address Description
Use this field to give a description of the Email Address that you are currently configuring.
