Each System User can be given access to upload files into the system. Once the
User has been given upload rights, he/she must be assigned to one or
more Projects (or Customers or Prospects or Employees). When the User logs into the
system, he/she will be able to select the Projects (or Customers or Prospects or Employees) that
he/she wants to upload files for:
Then, he/she can select one or more files to upload. The User can also add a
description to each file that is being uploaded:
When the file upload has completed, an email will be sent to each email address
that has been configured to receive upload notification emails. The email will
alert the addressee that new files have been uploaded into the system:
Files are encrypted immediately after they are uploaded into the system using the
settings of the Projects (or Customers or Prospects or Employees) that the file was uploaded for.
The maximum individual file upload size and the maximum size of the total upload are
determined by the settings of the Projects (or Customers or Prospects or Employees) that the
file was uploaded for.
Uploaded files are stored in the system for the period of time that is specified
by the settings of the Projects (or Customers or Prospects or Employees) that the
file was uploaded for.
