Each System User can be given access to download files from the system. Once the User has been given download rights, he/she must be assigned to one or more Projects (or Customers or Prospects or Employees). When the User logs into the system, he/she will be able to select files to download. The user can use various search criteria to find the specific file that he/she is looking for:

A System User is able to access only the files of the Projects (or Customers or Prospects or Employees) that he/she has been assigned access to.

You can also control whether the user is allowed to delete files and/or copy files to other Projects (or Customers or Prospects or Employees).
